I have worked with, observed and studied the competition. Their focus appears to be on making money and not keeping the customer happy after gaining the contract, also hiring unimpressive and unmotivated workers which eventually bleeds onto the customer. I will not get so big that I lose focus on keeping every client satisfied by getting real feedback, hiring only the best people by quality interviews and seeking to maintain retention through quality pay for professional drivers.
